 The moments at which hundreds of executives met volunteers in 2001, were used as the starting point and accelerator of the process of change for this organisation. The meeting “Inspire and Realise” offered many active elements: a trade fair, work shops and a party. The group presentations brought many inspiring members of staff from the Dutch Red Cross into the limelight and created the right atmosphere for each and every one for an even better combined effort. Together with communication consultants Dieben & Meyer, STRATCH contributed to the outlining and organisation of the event. The constructive dialogue in the group meeting was chaired by Anne S. de Jong.
