Creation professionals Print
The professionals of STRATCH know what it takes to actually create changes in people, teams and organisations. We base our change approach on universal creation principles like those described by for example Beck & Cowan (Spiral Dynamics), Robert Fritz (Creating) and Marinus Knoope (Creation spiral). That is why at STRATCH we name our consultants ‘creation professionals’. We design and facilitate processes intended to turn around and improve on negative patterns and unwanted behaviour. We aim to enable managers and employees alike, to improve and develop their personal untapped potential in order to realise their joint ambitions. Working together with the creation professionals of  STRATCH means ‘more success with less stress’.
