WITT is a "reality business game" based on daily practise and presented in a playful way in order to make and keep matters manageable and open to discussion. You are confronted with statements concerning a colleague that typically everybody hears about except for the person itself. Even the full truth will be disclosed in an ingenious and trustful manner. Anonimity is guaranteed without compromising the quality of the process. This way you will get to the core, without causing people damage. Although confronting, the process will never become unnecessarily harmful due to the subtile way of directing. The participants themselves determine their personal limits. On the basis of trust, the collective will learn to push the limit. That way mutual confidence is strengthened in the long run. 

In this simulation we assume that what is generally said about an event has its roots in the specific behaviour of individuals. In this case that individual is you. When confronted with specific behaviour, denial seems a natural reaction. "That may be a general thesis, but does not apply to me" is a typical reaction. It is not difficult to explain why something is not true, so we don’t need to.

The challenge is to determine why specific behaviour in your organisation also applies to you personally. That is why the name of the game is: Why Is This True?
