STRATCH is a consultancy firm in The Netherlands which was set up in 1999 and connects experienced professionals in the area of strategic change and organisational developments. It is our aim to create a happy and healthy working environment within organisations with professional and driven people. Our motto is ‘Creating Corporate Vitality’. Because people are the main driving force behind every organisation, then people are the main focus of our attention, with their strengths and weaknesses. We don’t just see an organisation as a machine bureaucracy, but rather as a living organism, with all its human characteristics. Ambition, strategy, structure, management, culture and natural behaviours are viewed as a whole and developed as such.
