You can't hide from change. Successful change of an organisation is possible if the skills are developed to improve and renew. The starting point of STRATCH is that all act in good faith. This from their own perspective and to the best of their abilities. Managing change is foremost with regard to learning and development processes. Quick results can especially be achieved if the goals and ambitions are clearly set. Without clarity, results are bound to disappoint. Furthermore, the quicker results are achieved the greater the drive and ability will be for change. Change, just like an organisation itself requires clear guidelines and management. So next to "business as usual" management needs to build the Change Agenda. |
